Shipping PolicyThank you for supporting original artwork. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times
  • Original Paintings: Ship within 5–10 business days
  • Prints & Tile Coasters: Ship within 3–5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping MethodsAll orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.
  • Smaller items (prints, coasters) typically ship via USPS
  • Larger original paintings may ship via UPS or a specialty carrier

Shipping RatesShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.


PackagingOriginal paintings are professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Prints and coasters are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.


Delivery TimesEstimated delivery times vary depending on location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment within the United States.

Damaged or Lost PackagesIf your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable).
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect AddressPlease ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


International Shipping
We currently not offer international shipping. 

Return Policy
We want you to love your artwork. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Original PaintingsDue to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original painting sales are final.
If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
In select cases, we may offer an exchange or apply your purchase toward another available piece. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Prints & Tile Coasters:
We accept returns or exchanges on prints and tile coasters within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect:
OrdersIf your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless item is damaged or incorrect)
